Rusty die schräge Drag-Queen, ist sprachlos. Ausgerechnet sie soll ihrem Nachbarn, dem spießigen Ex-Cop Walt Koontz Gesangsunterricht geben. Walt, der Macho-Cop, hat nun mit halbseidenen Vögeln und Transvestiten zu tun - und Rusty, dem Kerl, in dem eigentlich eine Frau steckt, geht's eigentlich nur um Kohle. Doch als Rusty von brutalen Gangstern zusammengeschlagen wird, geht Walt auf's Ganze.
